How should I care for my Pillowpacker® Pillow?

August 21, 2015

Keep the pillows dry and protect them against dust, dirt and mould. Regularly shake and air your pillows. Make sure they are stored loosely in a cool dry place when not in use. If the fibre has become compressed, fluff in the drier on air or cool setting with clean tennis balls or “drier mate” balls (available at any dollar store). Or you can wash and dry it. Depending on use, we recommend that you wash the outer fibre pillow once a year or as needed. Do not dry clean as the harsh chemicals can ruin the fibres.

Wash pillowcases regularly. You may consider buying additional pillowcases to facilitate washing. As well, we recommend using a second one as a pillow protector.
