The volume of the pillow is reduced by deflation of the inner pillow and compression of the outer pillow by rolling or compression packing. The weight is less than a pound. When ready for use, shake the pillow to fluff the fibre and blow up to desired firmness. Do not store compressed for extended periods when not in use.
