All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

We determine the tax by the province or territory you choose for shipping.


Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Our down travel pillows and microfiber travel pillows are similar in size and weight, but shipping rates may vary depending on your location.

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.


Canadian Orders

Orders within Canada can be shipped using:

  • Priority Courier: 1–2 business days.
  • Xpresspost: 1–3 business days.
  • Regular Post: 3–9 business days.

American Orders

Orders to the United States can be shipped using:

  • Priority Courier: 1–2 business days.
  • Xpresspost: 1–3 business days.
  • Expedited Parcel: 4–6 business days.
  • Tracked Packet: 4–7 business days.
  • Small Packet: 5–8 business days.

Note: Any applicable U.S. tariffs or duties are payable by the purchaser.


International Orders

Orders outside North America can be shipped using:

  • Priority Worldwide: 2–3 business days.
  • Xpresspost or Small Packet Air: 4–7 business days.
  • International Parcel Air or Tracked Packet: 6–10 business days.
  • International Parcel Surface or Small Packet Surface: 4–6 weeks

Note: International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are not included in the purchase price.
