Down Travel Pillow and Microfibre Travel Pillow Guarantee

If you discover that your Pillowpacker^® down or microfibre travel pillow has a material defect upon receipt, we’ll exchange the product with the same or comparable pillow at no charge to you.

Inflatable Travel Pillow Insert Replacement Guarantee

We guarantee the inflatable inner pillow insert for two years from the date of purchase, excluding shipping costs. If you require a replacement inner pillow, please contact us to let us know.

Returns

If you need to conduct a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

The Pillowpacker® pillow is a personal-use product. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the pillow hasn’t been used. Please return them in the original packaging for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.
